The Emote AI API enables developers to integrate advanced emotional and cognitive intelligence capabilities into their applications. Powered by proprietary biometric AI, the API processes user data to generate actionable insights about emotional states, cognitive focus, stress levels, and fatigue. This empowers applications in telehealth, gaming, remote work, and wellness to create highly personalized and empathetic user experiences.

How It Works

  1. Data Collection:

    • Input video and optional audio data are securely transmitted to Emote AI’s cloud-based servers.

  2. Biometric Analysis:

    • Facial Emotion Recognition: Identifies and analyzes micro-expressions and macroscopic patterns (e.g., smiles, frowns).

    • Cognitive Load Assessment: Detects blink rate, and focus levels.

    • Stress Detection: Evaluates HRV (heart rate variability) and BPM (beats per minute)

  3. Output Generation:

    • Insights are generated and delivered via the API in JSON format for seamless integration.

Input Data Requirement

The API requires specific input data to analyze and interpret user emotions and cognitive states effectively.


Visual Input (Required):

  • recorded videos from a front-facing camera (minimum resolution: 640x480).

  • Frames per second (FPS): Minimum of 30 FPS for accurate emotion detection.


Developer Key:

  • API key for authentication, generated during the developer sign-up process.

    • Fatigue indicators (e.g., alert, mildly fatigued, severely fatigued).
